the car did not look good they fixed the problem but they did not leave the seat well talk to the supervisor about this and told me that he would call me because it is another department that has to fix it and I have not received any calls apart my car has a rayon at the door that I did not have when I deliver my car to depth.

Zachary was great! Friendly and kind but based upon the scheduling issues he is not in control of. He is a fantastic employee. My issues with the service has to do with the schedules and appointment process. I booked a schedule to have my Idle Stop checked again. September same issue no resolution. I was the first car in on Monday 12/9. When I explained to Zachary what the issue was he said I would have to leave the car for a 2-3 days. I explained I had done that in Sept and the car wasn’t looked at on the first day on the previous appointment. I also had minor service performed. I went back to the service dept later that day and spoke to Zachary and it was at that time that my car had not been looked at! Again! Same issue as in Sept! What would I bother to make an appointment, leave my vehicle for an entire day and not have any work done! As a customer, I expect when an appointment is made for a particular day the car would be looked at. Why would I need to leave a vehicle at the service center if it’s. It going to looked at? Why couldn’t I have driven my car that day and brought it back when I know that the vehicle would be looked at! I rented a car because I left the vehicle, and no one looked at it! When someone finally did look at it it was a bad battery. This is the 3 battery now in the car. And to add “salt in the wound” the system wasn’t reset after the main or service oil change so I had to take it back again for the reset! Alfredo attempted to make amends but didn’t address the issue of the number of appointments accepted on a given day to avoid this from happening again. The number of appointments accepted should not exceed the number of vehicles that can be serviced on a given day. I would ask for a follow up but I have very little expectations of receiving a call. I asked for a follow up I. September for the same issue. Nothing has changed. I may take my business elsewhere unless I get a follow up and changes made to the number of appointments accepted on a given day. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx. I may not answer if I don’t recognize the number so a text to that number with a time the call will coming from a particular number I will answer it then.

According to the recall notice the repair should take about 90 minutes to complete once started. My car was there for 2 days. I dropped my car off Sunday evening because my appointment was for Monday at 7:00am. It should have been completed that day but it wasn’t until Tuesday afternoon around 2:30. I hope this issue is addressed and resolved for future recall events
