Everyone was Very helpful and pleasant but I now have to take more time off work tomorrow because the work they claimed to have completed, was not completed according to my smog person. In fact, I had completed my oxygen sensor but I have a printed copy saying y that it is now incomplete.I'd like to understand how this happened and how they could send me away with a receipt saying that my Civic is now smog ready when it's not and why wasn't I given a print out proving it was complete?
