when I buy a Honda vehicle I don't expect that their AC unit fails every 30k to 40k miles. this is the second time I've brought my car in for the same failing parts in 5 years. while I do appreciate that Honda has extended my warranty for some of the AC parts to 10 years, they didn't extended to all the AC parts. I love Honda but when my 10 years is up. I'll be looking for a new car also I brought up an issue with Zach about damages to my car door and was told he would follow up with me in 2 days it's been 4 and I haven't heard back from him
