My car did the same thing that I took it in for service. 45 minutes in to my drive while on the freeway my car started to stop and go as if I was putting the brakes. Which I wasn’t. This was the problem that I wanted fix not everything else they say was wrong.

Very rude, unprofessional and unethical staff. Did not perform service or diagnostic tests on my vehicle and charged $285.32 for it. Made up false repair requirements and gave me an estimate of $2663.09 without doing any diagnostics. Please check your video footage of him answering my phone call at 4.30 pm on 10/01/2024. I dropped my car on 10/01/2024 around 9.45 am. I was given a pick up time of 2 pm. Since I didn’t get a call back till 4.30pm, I called Adrian Moreno at 4.30pm. He told me that service, break check and diagnostic tests have not been done and the vehicle needs to be left there for another day to perform these tasks. Then I asked him what did they do with my car for the last 6.5 hours. He replied, “you’re not the only customer. We didn’t do anything on your vehicle. We’ll let you know of the details tomorrow”. Then I told him that I have only one car and I can’t leave it there overnight. I told him that I am on my way to pick up the car. I took an Uber and reached the dealership at 5pm. He did not give my keys immediately. He told me that everything has been done on my car and I need to pay for the service and diagnostics in order to get my car. He made me wait and typed everything up for the charges and the estimate. He also asked me to pay upfront for the estimate that he gave me for repairs. I refused to pay the $2663.09. Then he said that I have to pay $285.32 to release my car. I paid that amount so that I could get my car back. He also stated that my car has an oil leak. My car did not have any oil leaks. I also noticed upon picking up the car that my dash camera was dismantled and was hanging by the cord. I also found after going home that the jack in the trunk has been replaced with different rusty jack. I have never used my jack in this car and it looked like brand new. In fact I checked it before I drove to the dealership that morning. I am very shocked and disappointed with what happened to me. He behaved like a bouncer at a bar. I was charge for services that were not performed and held ransom. He admitted at 4.30pm that nothing has been done in the vehicle and at 5.00pm when I showed up to pickup the vehicle he said that everything has been done. So he claimed that service, brake checks and both rear door actuators diagnostics were all done within 30 minutes. I don’t think so. Please check your security cameras in the staff reception area and in the repair area to find out the truth. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but was told that they were not present at the time.
