We witnessed a situation where an irritated customer was upset because their car wasn’t going to be ready on time. Even though it wasn’t David’s fault, the customer was rude and unjustified in their frustration. Despite the challenging situation, David remained calm, professional, and courteous throughout the interaction and David was able to meet the customer’s needs and help resolve the issue.
