Cesar was a great guy to work with! Gave me a great deadline to use to coordinate my work schedule! Was super friendly when I came in close to closing to grab my car! Overall just a great guy and that leave a lot coming from a female. Made me feel comfortable! Coordinate a driver to pick me up and drop me off and the driver (forgot his name) was incredible, thoughtful and kind. Thanks again!!

My navigation system hasn’t worked properly since I bought the car in 22. I’ve taken it in four times and had an outside it person look at it. The system drops phones even when hard wired both iPhone and android. Honda can’t recreate the problem so I listen to am radio rather than my Google music. Saving money there let the account go. Anyway yeah I have a 50 thousand dollar car that behaves like it’s from the 80’s. This is my third Honda and will be my last

I had an appt at 8 am for the recall on my CR-V for this past Monday 2/17 and when I made the appt last week, I was told my car should be ready by 2 or 230 the latest. I dropped off my car before 8 and when I left I noticed the car was still parked in the same spot. A few hours later, I received a text stating they were checking in to see if I had question and if so to text them or call them. I texted and nothing. No one ever responded. After maybe an hour or two I called to ask for an update. They didn’t have an update and said my car would be ready before 530. I get dropped off at the service area and noticed that my car is still parked in the same spot. This was almost 3pm. At 3:13 they take my car in to start working on it. How is it that my car didn’t start getting worked on until 3:13 even though I had an appt at 8? I even took a picture as proof. That is unacceptable. What is the point of making an appt then. I took the day off to get this done. I could have worked half a day and still would have time to get car serviced. I’m not getting paid for taking time off. This was so frustrating and being told they were busy because of the holiday didn’t matter. If I had an appt that was made last week, my car shouldn’t have been pushed out until late in the day. How do I know the job was done correctly and not just rushed since it was almost closing time? This is by far the worst experience I have ever had getting my car serviced anywhere. It makes me feel that because I wasn’t a paying customer, my car was just pushed to the side. Again, this is unacceptable and as a customer, it’s extremely frustrating. Such a disappointing experience with this specific Honda service department.

The service was good. And only one thing I don't like it The person the one bring the car out and the very end He don't wait for the owner of the car to give it the Key and can be the wrong person taking the car and this is the second time I experience this situation.
