The service advisor wasn't the greatest. He needs to work on rapport and smiling. But he did answer my questions. I'm satisfied because I think my 2nd recall on the same issue will be the last. Not happy with a supposedly a quick recall issue took 90 mins with an appointment. The better waiting room is across the street whered the no appointment oil change is located. The service advisors there are smiling and happy to see you and even made fresh popcorn when they saw I was going to get some and old popcorn was in there.

David the rep very helpful the mechanic that serviced my vehicle bumped my car against oil catcher trying to move it out the way instead of getting out and moving it have it on video on dash cam unprofessional didn’t damage vehicle just very sad how others peoples cars are treated when we trust are cars are taken car of when paying for services
