My service representative was very nice and professional. I don't have any issues with him, just with the service being provided. When I initially got there I asked for a 60 month maintenance service and they did not know what that consisted of. I told them my owners manual said 80K miles or 60 months, whatever comes first. The computer used by your service reps only provides information for mileage service. It didn't make me feel comfortable knowing more than the dealerships service rep regarding required maintenance for my vehicle. I would think your service support should know both required service intervals, mileage and months. I dropped my car off the night before my 7:30am appointment on Thursday 26, 2017. On Thursday I called DCH @ 1:11pm because I did not yet receive a call about my car. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes and was told they weren't finished with my car yet because they had other cars to work on from the night before. I should have at least been notified sometime after my scheduled appointment (7:30am) that my appointment had been delayed. I called back again at 3:15pm because I didn't receive any messages about my car being ready. They told me that it still wasn't done but should be ready by the time I get to DCH. I work in San Diego and just left for Temecula after this call. When I arrived at DCH around 4:40pm my car was still not ready. I waited about another 20 minutes and finally got my car back. When I looked over my car I noticed it was covered by a lot of dust, which was very disappointing because I just detailed my car before I dropped it off at DCH. There are swirl marks all over the front of my hood/bumper and the front quarter panels. Looks like someone was wiping something off, looks greasy. Whatever it was it wasn't cleaned correctly. Using a rag or towel on a dirty car can scratch the clear coat or paint. I value my car very much and take extra special care of it. I don't like the fact that my car is returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. I just hope whatever was left on my car comes off cleanly and doesn't damage my paint. With the amount of money spent taking my car in for maintenance, I would think DCH could at least give the car a cheap car wash. Maybe not for every service, but at least if something requires a clean up from the service. Wiping the car with a rag or cloth the way it was done would probably cause more harm than just leaving it dirty. Seems like my car was rushed to get finished. My car may not mean as much to some people, but this is my dream car and I am trying my best to take care of it. I'm usually not the type of person to complain, but I just don't feel comfortable having my car serviced here anymore.

Every time I come in for an oil change I ask the service writer to remind the tech to reset the "oil change required" code. Every time I pick up my truck it has not been done. So I have to go find the service writer who in turn has to go get a tech to reset it. This is not the end of the world just very frustrating. The tech would hear and see this, the lot boy retrieving the vehicle would hear and see this and a good service writer should make sure the only request the customer made should be completed. That's three DCH employees. If someone can pass this on to Mike Zermino I would appreciate it. Over the last 9 years I have spent 4,360. in your service department.

My service guy was very friendly as was the receptionist. However it was over a 2hr wait just for a tire replacement. On weekends you may want to staff higher. The wait time the last 2tumes I've been there is pretty ridiculous.
