Horrible customer service! Took 10 min for someone to even acknowledge my presence when dropping off. Went through the same thing when picking up. This was my first and last time getting my car serviced at this location.

A reoccurring challenge I have happened again as my trunk continues to open numerous time on its own and even more dangerous is that it opened for the first time while I was driving. I was told my battery was dead and wouldn't take nor hold a charge. And that I needed a battery. But just the day prior to dropping it off to get serviced. I get my truck back and go to inspect the battery and can't find any markings of the new battery and no one could provide me with any type of proof the battery was even replaced. I spoke with the service tech and he then told me that the battery wasn't actually dead and that it did start the truck and he actually drove it around but that the battery wouldn't hold a charge. At that point I was just fed up and left with the intentions to speak to cooperate about my experience
