While I was satisfied, it's difficult to answer because it was a factory recall that I had to have done but I have no reference to it even working, airbag, hopefully never have to find out. I wish you could fix the other issues that I have but you charge too much.

It took 6 hrs befor someone called me to tell me what was up with my car I dropped it off at 9 and got a call at 3 to tell me what needed to be done. Car only took hour and half to fix. Not very happy

I have had bad experiences at the service center. But this time that I went he was VERY professional and helpful. He had a great attitude and I can tell he really listened to what I needed to get done. I will always go to him to take care of my car.

I took my fiat 500 in for a recall the estimated time Was mid day which turned into over night your dealership did not even have the common curtesy to wash my car their was oil on my carpet. I keep my Vechicle in excellent condition very disappointed. The attandant did not ask For my paperwork before handing my keys over to me not sure if that is our Protocol, but I have had a vehicle stolen from the dealership in the past. By the way my appt. Was at 7;00AM..

They left the plastic seat cover and mat in my car and didn't fix my brake issue. It also took 3hours for an oil change which was ridiculous! I will not be bringing my vehicle back to DCH for service if this is how it will be handled. On the flip side Armel was great and very helpful.

I had a bad experience the last time I came. The department took 2 days to do an oil change. My phone holder that attaches to the windshield was broken and laying on the floor when I picked up my car. I was hesitant on going back, but I decided to give it another go. I informed him what happened in the last visit. He apologized and was amazingly professional and personable. He remembered I was going on a trip and wished me good travels. My faith has been restored because of him.

James was a vital part in getting me in and out when I was pressed for time and needing to return to work. James understood my stressful situation to return to work during my 1/2 hour break and helped get me the car rental I needed while the engine recall was being performed on my vehicle. The whole crew at Temecula Dodge was able to get me in and out, and back to work in time. James called me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up and informed me of what was done to me vehicle in a manor which made me feel like I was a family member and not some stranger. I have already shared with family and friends how pleasant my experience was. Thanks James and to each of theTemecula Dodge staff for helping me get back on the road so quickly!!
