Gary was my service rep and he was a great representative of your business, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, vehicle had to change out the air bag, got it done in roughly an hour, he estimated 3 hour wait so I got a ride back to my office but just as we pulled in Gary called to tell me it was done, so we turned around and went back, driver whose name I forget was also a really good guy, polite, friendly, a good rep for your company. I took my truck in for an oil leak. The next day after being home there was oil under the truck in the garage. I wiped it off the cross member with a rag but this is something the tech should've done; sloppy work to let a customer go home from an oil leak repair and have a puddle of oil under the truck. Also no car wash? I spent 60k on a new truck and after service no wash? I have a less expensive BMW and it's always washed as a part of the service.

My is making more noise now then it did before the repairs. When I turned it on this to pull out of the garage it made a loud noise to include turning the steering wheel. After washing my car I pulled back in the garage and found a trail of fluid that is coming from underneath my car and I had a big puddle of fluid in my driveway. So now I placed towels underneath my car to catch the fluid. I can't drive it back to the dealership because I might run out of steering fluid which could cause a accident. Dissatisfied customer and your dealership needs to have a tow truck pick up my car and ake it back to the dealership o be looked at.
