I talked to a few at your dealership and as it turns out the 8 speed in the Ram 1500 isn't all that good and Dodge knows about it. I was even told that when they get the bugs out then it will be a great ****. Will be??? I have purchased two vehicles from the Dodge dealership in to temecula and in both cases so far I have had a horrible experience. Sticking to the issue of this visit for the issue of my Durango, I had a leak in my rear shock driver side. Everything went fine when I drop the vehicle off, and I was told at 9 AM that I would get a call back by 5:00 PM to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. I did not get a call at 5 PM so I had called at 6 PM. I was told that everyone was gone for the day and that no one could tell me what was wrong with my vehicle or when it would get serviced . I had to call the next morning at 9 AM because I still haven't got a call back about my vehicle, and coincidently Armel told me that he was just about to call me and told me that my vehicle was going to get fixed and it was covered under the warranty which was great. He then proceeded to tell me that the tires on my 2015 during two were really loud on the road and that there was high and low spots on the tires and he advised me that I should get new tires even though these tires only have 25,000 miles on them. I kindly declined and also declined the advice to get my tires aligned. I was told the part was then going to be in on Tuesday and that it would be finished on Tuesday or Wednesday. I had called on Tuesday morning to see if the part was in yet and it had came in the morning but for some reason the car still wouldn't get completed until Wednesday afternoon. I said OK and the next day on Wednesday I had called to see what was going on with my vehicle and coincidentally again I was told by Armel, that he was just about to call me. He said the vehicle would be done later that day so I came in at 4 o'clock and I waited for Armel to give me a report and he came right out with the keys and said it was done, but he never gave me a call to see what was done. I told him I could not take it right now that I didn't have someone with me to drive it home so I would pick it up later tonight when my wife got off work and he said OK . I came to the dealership at 11 o'clock at night and the gate was locked and I saw the security guard standing by. I showed him my receipt and even chirped my vehicle and told him it was in the customer service parking lot and that I was told I can pick it up tonight. He told me that no one told him a vehicle was going to get picked up and that he could not release any vehicle from the parking lot. I think it is very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience to your customers when communication is not send to those who need information. Instead of having your agents continuously not keep the customers informed about their vehicles and proceed to get excuses such as saying I was just about to call you, have those agents like Armel do their job and make a simple phone call to someone who is trusting you with their vehicle. This is not the first time I've had this problem at this dealership which is why I now do my own oil changes and go to a different person to get other services done. It is extremely easy to lose business but it is even easier to provide good customer service to keep your customers. On a sidenote even after purchasing two vehicles with your company, I simply asked for you guys to do a simple 17 point inspection on my vehicle so that I can drive with the UBER company. Come to find out I was told by you guys that that inspection would cost me $120. Today I went to discount tire in Murrieta and they did that 17 point inspection for free. I have never done service with them before but I can guarantee you I will be going there from now on. Your dealership is very unprofessional and I really hope that someone gets this review that cares and not someone that just press delete. I will be sure to not recommend your dealership to anyone I come across in the future because you don't seem to follow easy principles that show you care about your customers and only the principles that show you care about profit. Although the issue with my vehicle is not resolved the customer service I received was above and beyond I found the staff to be professional and empathetic to my concerns. I will definitely bring my vehicles back for all of my service needs . As previously mentioned the problem with our vehicle remains unresolved I feel that the young man helping me did everything he could to ensure that when I left I was as satisfied as could be expected under the circumstances
