I will be calling the service department Monday morning. 1) The cooling system still leaks. Apparently my description of the leak location I saw did not get forwarded to the service department. The degas bottle may have been leaking, but the system STILL leaks at the heater core connections at the firewall. 2) Check engine light is on again (P0087). Car may need to be towed. Barely starts and hesitates when accelerator is depressed. Service report states that fuel injection pressure sensor was replaced. Not sure how this was done without disturbing dirt / dust on connector and surrounding wires. I will see you again on Monday.

Jairo was very helpful and understood the importance of me needing my car. I was able to take in my car and he was able to have it ready the next day. The other representatives I had an experience early in the day over the phone was not as pleasant as when I talked with Jairo. I felt way better knowing my car was in good hands and he kept me up to date. Satisfied and happy with the way Jairo handled things.

I didn’t have an appointment. Raudel got me in and explained it could be 2 or 3 hours. I said that’s fine; I would still wait. The job was done in 1 1/2 hours to my happy surprise. Raudel checked to see if I wanted to get any work done that was due at 100,000 miles. I told him I would have to return for that. I appreciate the quality work done close by the house. Thank-you

Trying to get the driver side mirror covered under warranty they said it was caused by washing the car but then the driver side is the only one that’s bad not the passenger side I was hoping they would at least try to fight for me instead I have to call for now and try to get this mirror
