Generally they seem sloppy and do a substandard service. Oil is spilled on the engine and not wiped off. Sticker on the windshield is crooked. Etc...

However, when she called for my car to be brought front, it didn’t happen. After 10 minutes, I came back inside to ask for my car. She immediately said its coming now before I said anything and called again for my car.

During this entire time, no other cars were being picked up.
