Yesterday the screen went black when pulling into a parking space. When I pulled out about an hour later it was blue again. It has done it only once so far. I don’t have a ride to drop it off again right now so I will wait to see if it happens again. I don’t know if it is possible to happen only once if it is really a programming issue.

Great job. Arrived after 7am, they said give them about two and a half hours and it will be ready. Contacted me shortly thereafter to tell me my tires had a nail and screw in them. They told me what it would take to repair if needed and that they would contact me if anything else was necessary.. The tires were not punctured and they completed the service in just over an hour. Thank you.

I am always satisfied with the outstanding service I receive at Chino Hills Ford. I always ask for Joshua Newman because I feel confident my car will be taken care of and Mr. Newman’s level of customer service is above and beyond. He is always professional and communicative about what’s going on and when my vehicle is ready. I don’t work near the dealership any longer, however I made the 30 plus mile trip even though I have a dealership closer to me because of the level of customer service and efficiency at Chino Hills Ford.

There was some oil spilled on the engine compartment then it was washed off and water was left over the engine valve cover and coils and under the intake so I asked the service advisor if he can ask the technician to blow the water off and he said he would and I asked if it could be documented and he said no because he had closed the ticket out so I talked to the service manager and he told him to document the incident

The truth... I bought my 2017 super duty from upland ford, I went there for my first “free” service and it didn’t go well. Chino hills ford ended up doing my first service and has done every service including today’s 60k service. I’m willing to go wherever I get the best service from and chino hills ford hasn’t given me a reason to look elsewhere.
