Service is good: Greeting at drive up good. Service in general good. Phone reception poor. Answering calls is very bad. 1. Calls are often disconnected. 2. Pages are never answered by intake coordinater Therefore calls are lost or disconnected. 3. Questions regarding service status cannot be anseredd 4. Noone comes on line to see if call was answered. I had to dtive to the dealership to find out if my car was ready. This is not the first time that inquires about status could not be obtained So unfortunately the service personal did great service on the car but your reception and Coordination of communication truly needs revamping because it truly impacts the overall experience.

The repairs on were vehicle were as usual done correctly. I was disappointed that a gold colored disk went missing from the key ring I left. I came back to ask if anyone had found it, but so far no word back to me. Mike N

Well, Gordon **** hasn't contacted me as your chino hills technicians damaged the red cover on the battery terminal in our 16 fiesta st. Gordon said he'd order it today, Wednesday January 8. I was hoping you'd mail it to me to help me avoid driving all the way to the dealer just to pick up the part you see. My husband can install it as its quite simple. We were also told about 6-7 months ago when we took the fiesta fire service due to the battery not charging, that the battery was being replaced as ight was still covered under warranty. According to the service advisor from 1-7-20, the battery was never replaced as when he inspected it, he could clearly tell the battery was a factory stock one. We don't appreciate being lied to and your sakes manager Bryan Mendes can vouch for our honesty.
