Had no idea what was going on with my car, had to call multiple times and talk to multiple people to get a vague answer. Rarely got any updates about my car.

Joshua was excellent. He was friendly, informative, and my service was quick as promised. He had my car washed as well. I hope to see him again for next service. Michelle should shadow him, so she could see what great customer service means. Great job Joshua!

Thank you Chino Hill’s , I really want too thank you my car is running better and I want to thank you for replacing my Catalyst Converter Sunrise Ford in Fontana didn’t want to replace it for me they kept saying it wasn’t coming up on their diagnostic reading ???????I don’t know how it wasn’t coming up for them when I’d take it too other places and it would come up ... They just didn’t want to work on my car they told me to drive it for 500 miles till the check engine light turned on and then take it back and they would try and get a reading .... They reset my check engine light once again and didn’t fix the problem when I kept telling them it was my Catalyst Converter they argued with me ... When I went to pick up my car the Check Engine light was still on so I asked to speak with the manager and he told me to drive my car five hundred miles ...He followed me to my car and I told him look my car **** up gas and I know for a fact that if I were to take my car and get a smog check done on it that it would not pass so you guys need to fix it ... They said it was Fords policy they couldn’t order the part if it didn’t come up on their diagnostic reading I said how can it be if I’m even giving you the paper that states it’s my Catalyst Converter and I know it’s coming up on your reading you just don’t want to fix it .... I said I’m not dumb you just want me to go over my miles so I have to pay cash ... Every time I took my car to them I’d have to repeatedly take it back the next day because my check engine light would turn on I have pictures and I have all my paperwork proving they are crooked.... I thought every Ford Dealership was the same but thanks for proving me wrong I had nothing but stress and anxiety every time I took my car to the Ford Dealership in Fontana never again will I trust them with my car ... So I appreciate your service very much my car is running good for now ... I haven't heard it quit and it’s quite it hasn’t ran like that in a long while so Thank You Josh and who ever was involved making sure my car ran good and thank you for washing it once again I didn’t get that service in Fontana.
