Service Advisor Josh Newman was very thorough. Josh and Paul (tech) we're able to resolve a problem with my Sync 3 system by doing a master recovery. I am completely satisfied. What I really appreciated about Josh's service was his follow-up phone calls throughout the day. I believe customers appreciate phone call updates so they know the car is still being worked on and they haven't been forgotten. When I come back for service I plan on dealing with Josh in the future. I will ask for him.

My hood wasn't completely shut and I had to pulll off the 71 to shut it. That's absolutely unacceptable especially for a dealership. I'll never be back! Moreover, I was there because my door handle broke and my vehicle is only a couple years old which is ridiculous. Ford wanted about 500 and another four hours of my time to fix. No thanks. I'm sorry to say but the correct answer is never buy American because, once again, I get an inferior product. Don't contact me again. This is the last time I give you free advice.
