i called the day before and asked about the part I went in to get fixed (and didn't get fixed)... the day before the service rep I spoke to on the phone said that they would look at the part and see if the part was broken or if it can just be reattached to the car if it wasn't...
when I drove my vehicle in today, the service rep (different then the one I spoke to on the phone) just said that I have to just replace the part. Without even looking at it or having a tec come out and look at it, he just told me it was going to cost me $362 and if I wanted to do it. I only bought the vehicle 3 months ago from chino hills Ford and the windshield panels are already coming off and chino hills Ford won't cover it.... I don't think parts should be coming off the car that I've only had for 3 months and have to pay to get it fixed...

No need to say anything except when I asked about my previous $300 fuel injection cleaning service, because I lost 3 mpg and wanted them to check why a cleaning might cause the loss in mileage, I was told be just add an additive. Really, $269 for a can of STP? Goodbye. I used to have faith and knew I paid a bit extra. I was ok with that. Ask sales, I was just about to trade in my 2014 Fusion for the 2017 version . Love my car and excited about new one. The scary thing is by writing this, you know where I live and now I worry what might happen.
