I bought my first ford in 1992 and I have to say the Service Advisor (Adam Swain) is probably the most professional and courteous person I have ever dealt with in 24 years. It should be noted that I have always been happy with my Service Advisors in the past. He appears to be very knowledgeable of my vehicle and any services it may need.

Sloppy work. Oil dripped on radiator, engine cover and lower skid pan and not wiped. Oil dripped on my driveway. Tire air pressure was not checked. Seems like a rush oil change and air filter change only. I doubt that other "so claimed and check marked" checklist inspections were even performed.

First of all would like to mention I have spent $70,000 in the last for years I spent $70,000 buying Ford vehicles my airbag light is always on on my Ford Focus I took it in they said they cannot replicate the issue which was funny to me because that thing is always on so I had to go out of my way once again pick up the car drive it and Walla the airbag light came on to get in again couple days later supposedly they fixed it but the airbag light is still on

The service was performed in a timely manneresponse and the staff was friendly. My one complaint would be that no one has told me about Owner Advantage Rewards and I have had several repairs performed. I stumbled across the program when I was researching services. I would think this is something that you would encourage. These type of programs are what will keep someone coming back to your facility for service. I am enrolled in it but didn't realize it. I have money in the account that I could have applied to my service today. Looks like there needs to be some more training. Sincerely, Mr. Jacobus
