Adam was great, however, what he told me about our service contract and how it is handled by your dealer left me very unhappy. While we were finalizing our transaction he told me I have four more oil changes. I told him impossible, we have until 100k miles etc. he said you have been bringing it every 5k not 10k as recommended by the manufacturer. So I will be done with our service in half the alotted time. REASON I did that is because u follow the little sticker YOU put in the window. Assuming it is at 10k I followed it and now feel completely ripped off. I feel this is a fraudulent practice. Not sure what my options are, but am co tasting my attorney. Hopefully I can get a few extras as recourse, but as of now - I just want to cool down a little and think clearly before I move forward in my actions.

I have been into ford multiple times for various problems with my car. This recent visit I have to admit I came in a bit annoyed at yet another problem with my car but Adam was extremely upbeat and positive he quickly changed my attitude. He made sure I had my car fixed fast because I needed it to drive to school. He was great at communicating what was happening and answering any questions. Overall even tho I hope not to be back with any more probables any time soon, I know if Adam is taking care of me, they experience will be great.
