After the technician tested my windshield wipers, he left my Windows very hazy and dirty. The technician left grease stains inside my vehicle and greasy fingerprints on the outside of my vehicle. Overall, I had a very terrible experience. The service was very rushed and unsatisfactory.

It was clear that the service rep was trying to sell me on services my veh did not need. He did not inquire as to my service history and was quoting me 3 hours of costs with at least 2 techs from the get go. I've been looking for a Ford service place closer to my home. I am now inclined to make the drive to a dealership which has already proven themselves to me. Your service rep did nothing to make me want to return there. Quite the contrary!

Well, having had previous mechanical problems with my 2015 Ford Fiesta and even then in December not being satisfied either, sad how I have to remind you folks about this to get better service this time around and even though I give you my time, you still dragged your feet to get me a rental car, which I ended up not getting as your rental rules have changed(now you must rent a gold vehicle if ford is paying for it).

Johnny the shuttle driver never picked me up. I was at the address I gave him and the address he dropped me off at 5 hours before. He said he was at my location and I told him multiple times where I was at. I was literally 1 mile from the chino hills ford right off Ramona between Edison and Schaeffer. I was standing on the sidewalk off of Ramona to make it easier so he could see me. When he finally did drive on Ramona where I was he drove right by; I was on the sidewalk trying to wave him down and get his attention but he had his eyes straight ahead with no signs of scanning for me or slowing down to look what so ever. So, once I saw that he drove by me I called him and told him I saw him drive right by me and if he makes a U-turn id be on the left. He said he can't pick me up right now he has to pick up someone else. So, I had to ask my coworker to drive me because the shuttle driver some how could not pick me up although I was exactly where I told him I was and even stood on the sidewalk off Ramona waiting for over 30 minutes less than a mile from the chino hills ford. I am absolutely dumbfounded how a shuttle driver was unable to locate and pick me up from my location that is on the exact same street the the ford dealership is on. Literally, the directions are make a left out of the chino hills ford and drive about 1 mile and there I am. It's one thing to be unable to locate me but i did not get any feeling that he was actually trying to find me and when he did finally drive on Romona by me he was already on his way to pick up the other person because he showed no signs of looking along the sidewalk or even slowing down to check the addresses. And to say he can't make a U-turn and pick me because he has to pick someone else up is unacceptable. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever received from any business.

I was charged $60.00 to check an air conditioner and 2 and one half hours of labor to replace a sensor and coil. I under stand that these repairs should not take that long to complete. So,I think that I was overcharged. I was not informed about the cost to check air conditioner.
