Until today I have been very satisfied with your service.
I was told my wait would be 1-1/2 hours after 2 hours I asked what was taking so long? I was then told they were doing the recall on my car also and it would be another 2 hour wait.
I was willing to let it go as an oversight, but when I picked up my car the report showed my cabin air filter and engine air filter Requires Immediate Attention. I was never asked if I wanted them changed.
Nathan told me I could just do it myself. I don't want to do it myself so I asked if the air filters could wait till the next oil change. He said yes. But I said it shows these air filters need immediate attention are you sure I can wait and he said no problem. My question is then why doesn't the report read May Require Future Attention?
Making a mistake about wait time is one thing, but playing games with the service of my car is another. I don't even know if I can trust the service report.
I'm sorry to say I will looking for another Honda service team.

Waited for hours to hear from Victor the estimated time when car would be done after a 7:00 appointment and called and texted him starting 1:00. Left a note with another service agent twice.
I told Victor I had purchased a lifetime alignment and he tried to charge me for it. My invoice said my car was washed and it wasn’t.

On Friday, 18 Aug, I arrived at 1057 for my 11 am appointment and waited 7 minutes before a service rep greeted me. There were no other cars in line. From what I could see, 1 rep had a customer and 2 others were glued to their computers although bith glanced up and saw me standing next to my car. I was told an oil change and tire rotation would take 1 1/2 -2 hrs because they were "backed up.". Car was ready at 3 hrs. I was never given an estimate for the work nor was I ever given a status update on my car. This was my first time at this Honda Service Center!

Don't make promises you can't keep. Germain canceled my appointment 15 minutes beforehand, after I had already taken time off work to swap cars. Because it was your fault, I asked and was told my wife could have a loaner for a 3-5 hour service. Then at the appointment she was told this was impossible and it would be $60 plus tax. Not acceptable.
