- Dashboard/display with odometer, etc. was not put back together correctly and is misaligned. Part of the display is covered by the dashboard.
- Requested work to fix power supply was not included in the paperwork. When I asked about it, I was told it was a fuse and it was out of stock. I was given no estimated time to return to have it changed out. I don’t believe this was actually done or included in the work order.
- My tripometer was reset for some reason. In the year and a half I’ve owned this car, I’ve opted to not reset the tripometer so I can have an accurate representation of MPG. Both trip A and trip B have been reset.
- I was not informed that the car would be run through a car wash, and if I had been, I would have declined because there was a large crack in the windscreen that had nearly doubled in size when I picked up the vehicle yesterday.
Yesterday was one of the most disappointing visits to a service department I’ve had. Although I purchased the car from Germain, and it is very close to my home, I’ll drive to another dealership for regular maintenance and service going forward.
