The service advisor that checked my vehicle in told me that for the 30k miles service I also needed a fuel system service and my filters needed to be replaced.
For an additional $600.
I declined the additional items and I'm glad I dud. When my car was done I asked Nathan about the additional services. He told me that they were not required at 30k miles.
So, I was lied to. Totally unacceptable.

Everything ok until I reviewed report and noticed that one of the “found issues” was Replace Air and Cabin Filter soon. A “yellow” issue. My filters however were changed the day prior to service and were pure white. Just makes one question any recommended repair/service.
