The best experience I have ever had at dealership.
Max was very professional, friendly and efficient. The only time in my life that I have taken a vehicle to a dealership service department that I was not pressured into paying for all kinds of service.
Your waiting area was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
We are snowbirds and in a few weeks I will be driving this van to TX. Very comforting that you checked all of things you have on your checklist.
I will definitely use your service department again and when I decide to trade this van in for a new I wii come to you first.

I called the Service Department the day before my appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I left a message and asked someone to call me back. 2 1/2 hours later nobody had called me back. I wanted to drop my car off and wanted to make sure that was ok. Fortunately I just took my car up and dropped it off but when I asked the service rep why nobody returned my call, they said they had been at lunch. That is not very good customer service. Customer calls should be returned in a timely fashion. The rest of my service experience was fine but thought since you asked, you would want to know

Diana is awesome! Her expertise is really appreciated and helpful. My issue was the time it took for my car to be completed. It was rectified by providing a loaner car. It just would have been nice to have that from the beginning if it was going to be longer than expected. That was MY ONLY issue with my service. The desk staff and customer service personnel were professional and kind.
