David had an out of stock part for my HRV next day air delivered and had it quickly installed. Also fixed a nail in one tire that was causing a leak at no charge. Was so impressed with service on my HRV that I had a new battery installed in my CRV when I came to pick up HRV. Everyone at dealership from initial service greeter, David, cashier etc. was great to deal with. My Honda’s will be back for any additional services I need done.

The only problem is when I arrived I gave Max my cell phone number and he told me to wait in the waiting area for a ride. I sat there for an hour and low and behold he had lost my number and eventually found it on a statement in the car. It was unnecessary for me to sit around when you did not have the parts to repair my car that day.
