It did take a bit longer than I expected for just an oil change and wipers - but David had several customers who came in at the same time. I appreciated their help in identifying possible future problems - they made me aware of them, but didn't 'push' to get them addressed during my current appointment time. Will keep their items on our 'watch list.'
