I suggest you change the automated texting message to the customer so that it actually comes from the the service representative. I appreciated the text updates, and replied with questions not knowing that my messages were not being received. Eventually I spoke to the service representative but I was mad thinking he blew me off. He had to apologize and explain that the text messages weren’t sent by him.
