I don't recall who I dealt with prior, but I was a little turned off by them (tried to sell me services that weren't really needed) and I was reluctant to return to Surprise Honda, but decided to for the convenience (close to home, ability to schedule online, and same day availability). I was pleasantly surprised at the service from Max. He was very friendly, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. He didn't try to "upsell" me so to speak, though I did end up buying windshield wipers as well (when I just came in for an oil change).
I will be returning; and now I know to ask for Max Dunmire.
