Rob at the Surprise Honda was very Polite and especially professional. In every way one could ask for in the Honda Service deoartment. He issued all the Black Friday service coupon deals for my honda and I was comoletely sarisfied when I picked up my Honda and drove it home ! It runs just fabulious!! I have had a dead battery twice in the past 2 weeks. This a a 2017 HRV With less than 5,000 miles. I believe something is draining my battery but instead of listening they want to treat me like I’m an idiot and don’t know what causes dead batteries. I only brought it there because it’s under warranty, I may try another Honda dealership if it happens again to see if there are different results.
