The trunk was left open and my son had personal items in it. Unfourtunately he did not notice it until he was almost back to Buckeye. We don’t understand why the service men needed to be in the trunk when they worked on the air bag.

I was told my car would be washed after svc. Only reason I bring it up is because upon scheduling my appt they said a gratis carwash, when I dropped off they said gratis , but did call in to notify of no car wash. I was told oh sorry well get you next time. carwash. I had to go straight to an appt

It took a month from time of sale to get 4 tires. It was clear that internal communication between sales, service and parts was almost non-existent. Communication with me was very poor too with 2 calls resulting in no answers or call-backs and a third call resulting in incorrect answers and scheduling a service appointment when no tires were ordered or available to install (waste of 2 hours). While I appreciate giving me free alignment and eventually calling to schedule the last appointment, please relook at your communication processes and fix them.

There was no information about the new battery’s life expectancy. Is it a 36month or longer guarantee ? Only info on paperwork was model of battery. I think that I fo should have been on paperwork
