Service was great and Brian is great. The only negative was the cost of the repairs I had done. In hindsight, I probably should have gotten a couple of quotes. I like coming here because it's "easy" and clean. But I do think the prices are higher than others. Being divorced now, it's a new experience for me to handle car issues and I always walk away wondering if I overpaid.
One other thing was that with the oil leak I lost somewhere between 20-40% of oil. It's my understanding that you knew with the last oil change that there may be a problem with the plug. I just figured you would top off the oil with the work done today. No biggie I guess. Just noticeable.
