Robert restored my faith in dealer service. My 13 year old accord needed ac service and he squeezed me in the same day. The car needed more than just ac to be in perfect condition, but Robert knew that wasn't what I was looking for out of my daily commuter. My $60k jeep doesn't get the same service across the street at Larry Miller where they don't finish the work, and sell me more than I need. Hey was honest, a straight shooter, and I very much appreciated his friendliness and professionalism.
