I am so glad I decided to take my business to Surprise Honda. I moved from Virginia to Goodyear last April. Had two unsatisfactory experiences with another local AZ Honda dealer. I let them know why I was dissatisfied, but I got no impression they cared. Rob **** called Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge, VA to clarify service history for my CR-V. The other local area Honda service rep said he couldn't do that. When I'm ready to buy a new Honda, I'll buy from Surprise Honda. Thanks very much. Gene E
