The Service Representative was great. The service performed was fine. The issue that I had was with the fact that two of your service technicians walked by the waiting area cursing/using foul language multiple times, and there were children that heard them. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and quite frankly, inexcusable .

The showroom was really nice and the service dept was great! Got 3 recalls, my brakes serviced and my car washed in just over 4 hours. Other dealerships I've been to would have had it all day. Very happy with the service I received!

My wife & I have known David **** for approximately 7+ years. He was our Service Advisor @ Arrowhead Honda. He earned our trust by being honest about what did & did not need servicing on our HONDA's. When I last had our Accord serviced @ Arrowhead Honda David had left & Surprise Honda wasn't opened yet. We are so glad that Surprise Honda is here! It took less than 10 minutes to get to. We are were so glad to learn David **** was there. He was professional, honest about what needed servicing, and what would need servicing later. I also want to compliment Dale the shuttle driver. He not only was courteous but professional. Also, the Honda Odessy shuttle was clean on the exterior & the interior. Also, a "Thank You!" to the mechanics that serviced our Accord; it seemed to run smoother on the short drive home. I also appreciate that the driver's seat wasn't charged;I have short legs. Will be back when our HONDA Accord needs servicing again.

Mr Coover is very informative knowledgeable and efficient at letting the customer know their options and the services offered and provided. He is prompt and understands the needs of his customers. We also appreciate the prompt repair provided by the shop that was much faster than anticipated allowing me to keep up with my busy schedule.
