My first impression of the the facility was very a good one. It was clean a very welcoming. Alex Rodriguez was indeed th icing on the cake. While I waited on the servicing of my vehicle Alex consistently checked on me to see how I was doing. There was one moment that my iPhone was dying and I had a charger in the vehicle but it was on the lift. Alex went out of his way and to grab his charging cord from his vehicle so that I could use it. He came back with a sandwich after that. I would like to work with him the next time I come back to the facility.
