I was very satisfied with surprise Honda buying my car from Tempe and living next to Earnhardt in Avondale but wanted to try out the new dealership. I cannot complain it was a nice dealership was out in 45 minutes was told 2 hours so very very happy will be back for my first oil change hopefully I can get a good first first service. :)

Alex Perez has been amazing. He identified a problem that I have been trying to get resolved since I bought the car year and a half ago with the dealership on arrowhead. Who repeatedly said that the noise I was hearing was normal for the 2015 CRV. When I describe the sound to Alex he immediately knew the sound I was having was not and did everything in his power to ensure that it was resolved. Turns out I need a new transmission and now the problem I was having is gone and I can't express how happy I am with your dealership and the service that Alex provided.
