But after meeting your team and experiencing your Class A facilities, I returned when the check engine light came on in my vehicle. Eileen returned my call promptly and got me in for service immediately. When I came in with the vehicle, everyone I had met on the previous visit remembered me. In an era when most people can't remember anything if it isn't programmed into their cellular device, I was quite impressed. As far as I'm concerned, Surprise Honda is where my vehicle will be serviced from here forward.

My issue was handled promptly and professionally. This was my first visit to Surprise Honda. I had brought my car to Arrowhead Honda Service 3 times within the past 9-10 months and the issue was never resolved or properly addressed to my satisfaction. Surprise Honda identified the probable cause almost immediately and the necessary work was done.
They are still not 100% sure of the cause of the problem but they assured me that I could contact them at the first sign of trouble

I asked for them to throw out all the trash in the front seat on the floor. None of it was thrown away.
I realize my car had to be hand washed due to my car having a disabled ramp oon back of car. Both of my mirrors were dirty and front windshield had water marks all over it.
