Levi’s timely assistance in ordering the needed part and explaining what needed to be accomplished for a complete repair was greatly appreciated!
My only recommendation would be to evaluate your call center, as I made a call on Saturday to make an appointment. It went to messages and was informed to leave my name and number and I would receive a return call. After following those instructions I waited until Monday without receiving that return call. Therefore I had to make another call on Monday to make the appointment to bring my car in for diagnosis!
