appointment was schedudled for 9 AM. I arrived earlier that 9 AM notified attendant of my arrival , waited more than 90 mins before I checked the status of my service only to find out my vehicle wasn't even "checked in" and that I was forgotten about. my car was finaly taken in for service almost two hours late.
