The problem with my car was not resolved. One issue was the seat cushion. It was not replaced and it was not communicated that the part needed to be ordered. The seat was left with the rear part unsecured and the passenger seat was tampered with for no apparent reason. The other issue was not addressed due to a complete irrelevant excuse by the service team. I have opened a Corprate case.

Really appreciate that all staffs put on masks during pandemic. One tiny recommendation is that please urge customers to put on masks all the time on campus. Some customer didn't wear masks while they were in waiting room, which is not ideal to prevent spread of virus.
