This time my car battery was bad and the day of service it's voltage rating test was OK. I left the car for a day and then it was tested in the morning. The test showed the battery was bad and was replaced. Thank you for the great service.

I was told my battery was critical and needed replacement by Adam at Sierra Honda. I was shown the read out but not given a copy. I subsequently had AAA come to my home an hour later and they said the battery is functioning perfectly. I would like an explanation regarding this discrepancy and a copy of the battery read out as promised when I called later this afternoon. I would appreciate follow up and clarification.
