Kevin, is an amazing young man he continually keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle while it’s being serviced. He is a great communicator. We have 5 Honda’s in our family and we bring all of them to Sierra Honda for service. We always have Kevin or Vince as our service writers these guys I feel are the back bone of Sierra Honda’s Service Department. They are efficient and gentleman.
