Had to return car after it was service because alignment was off and steering wheel was shaking bad. This was not occurring before service. Even though my car was rest driven for 10+ miles because of an emissions issue- nobody caught that my car was veering hard to the right and shaking when it was delivered to me. No rentals available and I had to lose another day of use of my car. Everyone seems overworked and unable to pay attention. Phones are not answered. Really disappointed. I told Billy I wanted a manager to contact me and have yet to hear from Mark.
