The technician could not hear the weird sound and the vibrations which I could feel while driving between 20-25 miles. I have a Honda Clarity plugin hybrid and I do 95% of my driving on battery. So my ears and hands are very sensitive to any sounds while driving. So I could immediately pickup the sound and the vibrations I felt on the steering wheel but the technician could not. I don't blame him for not being able hear the weird sound as he is not accustomed to the electric car driving. The technician said he could not hear the weird sound so then I personally examined the left front tire and found that there were about 20 small stones stuck in the tires threads. It took me few minutes to remove them but once I removed them the vibrations and the weird noise is significantly down. Close to none. I want to make one thing very clear. In no way I am trying make any negative comments about the technician's skills or in any other way make it look like this is a problem Sierra Honda did not identify. What I am trying to say is with the Advent of electric cars there are going to be these new circumstances which none of us are aware of and we just have to take it as a learning experience. Even it did not occur to me a few stones stuck in the threads could cause such an issue.

My appointment was with Vince. But he was sick on the appointment day. No body took care of me for almost an hour until I complained this to Tina. She took care of my service requirements?and I was satisfied with her service. However looks like you don’t have a Standard Operation Procedure in case one of your service advisor took an order, and was out-sick on the service day, your office do not have a SOP as who should take over his job. Thanks.

I dont get it. Why did you guys charge 140$ for checking the error system even without repairing for it? I bought that car from your centre two months ago and at least Honda service should have given me free service for checking diagnosis. That’s unbelievable. I was so disappointed and telling my friends not to buy any car from honda.
