This is the second time in a row I had an appointment and on time but sat there in the car for 30-35 minutes waiting to be checked in. Not sure why there are appointments if you just have to wait in line. I was in for second planned service and told I would be out by 1:30. It was done at 2:45. That’s almost 5 hours for an oil change and an audio/video recall update.

Everyone was very attentive, courteous, and helpful. But I have several concerns. First I came in for A01 service, which is oil change, inspection, and tire rotation according to my owners manual. But the tires were not rotated they only had the pressure checked. Second I asked that the alignment of the safety sensors be checked since I had had several issues with it. When I picked the car up they told me verbally they had checked it but it wasn’t listed as a service item on the printed invoice. I wonder how thorough the check could have been when it wasn’t even listed as something to be done. Third, when I picked up the car the service reminder warnings had not been reset. Luckily I was able to find in the owners manual how to reset them myself. And finally when I picked up the car all of the mirrors and the driver seat position had been changed. I had to reset all of them.
