Adam was outstanding and made sure our neighbor whom referred us to you (closer dealerships were available) put our referral into computer so he’d receive a discount on his next service! We got updated texts, Sally whom we spoke to originally about coming in with no appt was great! Adam was especially wonderful.....our car was done ahead of time....paperwork gone over completely......if your Service Dept. employees and excellent customer care is any indication of your Sales Dept......no hesitation in the least!!! We were more than satisfied and would rate our experience with you an 11! So happy we checked with our new neighbor and did not pick closest dealership!

There really needs to be some serious changes made to your appointment scheduling and communication. There is no regard for the customer and the time they’ve taken out of their day to choose to have Sierra Honda be their choice for mechanical needs. I am beyond baffled that you can schedule an appointment for 10:15am but not even have your car inspected until well after 1pm and it was only inspected after 1pm because the customer asked about the status of their vehicle as it surpassed the promised completion time. And to top it off there is no sense of empathy, customer service or urgency in rectifying the issue for the customer. Just an “I know it’s inconvenient but we were busy” and maybe we’ll be able to help you with a possible discount in the future... how difficult would it have been if you were truly wanting to keep the customer and continue to do business with them to offer some type of apology, understanding and discounted service at time of pick up for the service rendered today?! There are numerous yelp complaints about this same thing and still no changes have been made, I wish I would’ve read yelp prior to having my car serviced here. It’s very discouraging and I will no longer be doing business here.

(I've been bringing my car to Sierra for servicing for the past 4 years, keep in mind there are other dealerships closer to my home that I could be going to.) By far the worst customer experience ever! Brought my vehicle in at 10:15am for a scheduled appointment, keep in mind the service department is fully aware of what service we are looking to complete on the car at time of drop off. Tina advised that they were busy but still provided a time of completion to be 1pm. 1pm comes and nothing, not even a status update. After questioning what's going on with the vehicle, we're then advised that not even one technician has looked at the vehicle. So between 10:15am and 1pm while a customer is waiting ON the premises of the service department no one had the decency to walk over, text, call or email advising that not a soul has looked at the vehicle and the initial time quoted would need to be extended. So after being confronted, the service rep then advised a technician to please review the car immediately. Tina responded "You know I was just as frustrated as you are so I had someone look at the car right at that moment". After a tech finally reviews the car we are now provided with a whole new "estimated time of completion" of 5pm with a "complimentary" shuttle ride home. (As your reading this I'm sure you're thinking "why even make an appointment if no one will even look at your car until well after 3 hours of your appointment time... exactly!) All that to say is that the service department agreed that they were wrong for not informing us that no one would be able to even look at the car until after 1pm but insists there is nothing they can do about the inconvenience. No discount offered. Nada! Even when asked if they would discount services for the inconvenience we were provided with the response "well if you have AAA we offer a AAA discount" which is laughable because that discount is given regardless of their poor service. Requested contact information as to whom I could contact to submit a formal complaint and was advised to "speak with the manager" who conveniently has been in a meeting with the technicians for the past hour on what appears to be one of their busiest service days within the past 4 years I've been going there...and it's a Tuesday!This service department does not value their long standing customers nor do they have any respect, concern or understanding of the customers time. Trust me when I say you are better off going to another dealership, a non dealership mechanic, heck even to Jiffy Lube then spending an entire day dealing with Sierra reps who have no concern for customer service or quality of service provided... and yes like other reviews posted, I'm still waiting to hear back from management.
***update I did receive a call back from the manager, unfortunately it was at a time that I was unavailable to speak with him. Upon picking up my car, Tina did offer a possible discount on a future service, which although a nice gesture is pointless at this time as I will no longer do business with this location. The right thing to do would've been to provide a discounted service for today's service if you were truly wanting to keep us as a customer. With that being said I will be filing a complaint with BBB and BAR in hopes that it will help improve the services for others in the future, maybe that will light some fire under Sierra Honda because they honestly have no regard for individuals who have to take off work and find other means of transportation while they have you wait 3 plus hours after your appointment time to finally inspect your vehicle! It also seems to be a reoccurring issue with other customers based on yelp reviews and still no change. How difficult is it to disclose on your website and at time of drop off that your appointment time is literally meaningless and has no purpose as we will choose to inspect your car at anytime that day so please be prepared to not expect your car to be viewed for atleast 3 hours?!?!?

Everything is great, Tina was super nice and the time needed was fast, except my light for low pressure was on next day right after maintenance. Now I have to bring the car back. It may not be the staff’s fault but just feel a little bit hassle.
