The employee that helped me was very respectful and informed me of what they were doing to my vehicle. Other than my experience I thought that the manufacturer problem that involved the recall was very inconvenient for me and believe we should get some sort of compensation for a problem we weren’t responsible for. It puts a very bad taste in my mouth knowing I needed to take time out of my busy schedule to go assess a problem that shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
