Vince Tram is very polite, caring and efficient. He kept us informed about the progress of service and it was finished earlier than expected. Payment was quick and easy, didn’t have to go to the cashier window as I used to do before, also car was brought to me in no time, before I used to have to wait for a long time. I brought in my car because there was paint damage done to my car at the fault of the Cilajet detailer. My service advisor had them repair it since it was their fault. They spot painted the damage. I asked my service advisor for a warranty on the work and he said there’s no warranty. Basically they Mickey Moused the job instead of taking it to a body shop and painting the whole bumper like a thorough job should have been.

I took my car in for service and was told I needed to bring it back there seems to be a leak. After missing a day of work I pick up my car and am told there was no leak. Not sure what to believe if there is a leak or not.

Problem was not solved but it’s on record. Sunglasses case needs to be explain when purchasing car. Not all glasses fit in storage compartment. My remote start didn’t work because of alarm which caused it not to work.
